Candidate Profile Critical Experience Requirements

• Must acquire outstanding communication skills
• He/She have 4 years of work experience in Corporate Sales / B2B sales
• Candidate at least 2 years of business and sales development experience in corporate sales in the Bangalore market.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and sales closing skills
• Candidate collaborate with decision makers in administration & facility management in corporate as part of their past work experience
• Self starter and motivated
• Aggressive and competitive
• Must be able to undertake field
• Activities on a regular basis
• Target achiever

Critical Experience Requirements
Disclosure in car lease operations is desirable
Target roles & industries would be – Sales Executives / Assistant Sales Managers in: Car Rental, Hospitality, Facility management companies, Office Automation, other companies in the service sector.
Job Description / Responsibilities

• Would be answerable to assist the area head for business development
• To analyze prospective car lease customers
• Candidate capable to assist in boost in business volumes on month on month basis.
• Well informed on the competitors rate, market strategy and market in the car rent business.
• Able of bargaining on sales proposal and plan activities for closure adhering to the laid out internal reporting and CRM processes
• Preparation of MIS
